Admission to 1) M.B.A, 2) M.C.A Degree Programme 2009-10
Applications are invited for admission to:
(1) M.B.A. (Regular),
(2) M.B.A, (Part-time - Self Supporting),
(3) M.C.A. Degree Programmes offered at the COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING GUINDY CAMPUS, ANNAUNIVERSITY CHENNAI.
ELIGIBILITY: Candidates must have appeared for TANCET 2009 in the respective programme(s)
1) M.B.A. (Regular)and M.B.A. (Part-Time-SS): Should bea pass in any recognised Bacheior Degree with minimum 3 years duration (10+2+3 or 4 years pattern) or (10 + 3 years Diploma + 3 years pattern).
2) M.C.A. (Regular) and M.C.A. (Evening-SS): Should be a pass in any recognised Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration (10+2+3 years} in any discipline with Mathematics or Business Mathematics at +2 level (or) with Mathematics / Statistics as one of the subjects at the degree level.
MODE OF SELECTION : The selection is based on the marks obtained in the respective Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2009 conducted by Anna U niversity Chennai, Chennai-25 Separate Application has to be submitted for
(1) M.B.A. (Regular),
(2) M.B.A. (Part-time - SS) and a common application for
(3) M.C.A. (Regular / Evening - SS) Degree Programmes.
APPLICATION FORMS CAN BE OBTAINED IN THE FOLLOWING TWO MODES : IN PERSON : On payment by Cash or Demand Draft (Rs.300/- for General category and Rs.150/- for SC/ST candidates belonging to Tamii Nadu on production of a copy of Permanent Community Certificate) at the Examination Centre, Anna University Chennai.
BY DOWNLOADING FROM THE WEBSITE : www.annauniv.edu/mba2009 (for M.B.A.) and www.annauniv.edu/mca2009 (for M.C.A.). The registration fee should be in the form of DD for Rs.300/- (Rs.lSOA for SC/ST Candidates belongi ng to Tamil Nadu)
The filled-in applications should be sent to the Director, Admissions, Examination Centre, Anna University Chennai, Chennai-25. Ail DDs should be drawn in favour of the Director, Admissions, Anna University Chennai payable at Chennai obtained from any nationalized bank on or after 14.06.2009.
