UG and PG Programmes under the category of Children of Non-Resident Indians/ Foreign Nationals/ PIOs/ Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries
Applications are invited in the prescribed format for admission to BE/ B. Tech/ ME/ M. Tech/ M. Pharm/ MCA/ MBA degree programmes for the candidates who are Children of NRIs/ Foreign Nationals/ PIOs and children of Indian workers in Gulf countries. The list of courses is available at www.tau.org.in/courses. Application forms can be either downloaded from the University website www.tau.org.in/nri-adm or obtained from “The Director (Admission) Anna University Tiruchirapalli, Tiruchirapalli – 620 024, India” in person. The completed application form along with a registration fee of US $200 in the form of a bank draft drawn in favour of “The Director (Admissions), Anna University Tiruchirapalli, payable at Tiruchirapalli, India” should reach the above address on or before 30th June, 2008. (30th June as last date, is applicable only to this category).

For all PG Programmes (Regular & Evening) TANCET 2008 score is required.
Note: ME/ MBA/ MCA/ M. Tech: TANCET 2008 Registration Number is mandatory in the duly filled-in application form and the TANCET 2008 score has to be submitted separately to “The Director (Admissions)”, “written a week” after the declaration of TANCET results. Other details are available in the Information to Candidates booklet.
PG Degree Programmes for Teaching Faculties working in Engineering Colleges and Polytechnic Colleges in Tamil Nadu (Modular Based Credit Banking Scheme – MBCBS)**

**Selection to the PG programmes through MBCBS is based on merit and experience (TANCET score is not required and this scheme is only for teachers working in technical institutions).
Applications for all the above programmes can be obtained in person or by post from Anna University Tiruchirapalli. The application fees for PG programmes (Regular & Evening) is Rs.600/- (Rs.650/- by post) for General Category or Rs.300/- in case of Tamil Nadu SC/ST candidates (Rs.350/- by post) on production of a copy of community certificate and Rs.600/- (Rs.650/- by post) for PG programmes through MBCBS irrespective of categories. The fees should be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Director (Admissions), Anna University Tiruchirapalli” payable at Tiruchirapalli.
