INVITIES APPLICATION FROM ARCHITECTS
AWHO has acquired 33 acres of land at village Chinnavedampatti, Coimbatore for construction of a residential group housing complex. Applications are invited from reputed architectural consultants to handle the project from concept stage till completion and handing over. The scope of work shall generally include preparation of concept plans, revisions, getting approvals from local authorities, preparation of tender documents/drawings, supervision during construction and handing over as well as final documentation.
Applicants should send their applications to include Registration Number with Indian Council of Architecture, details of the firm, its constitution, availability of in-house facilities, list of technical and office staff alongwith their qualifications and associate consultants, details of Group Housing Schemes of minimum 500 dwelling units or more handled in the last five years with cost, number of dwelling units, present status of work, name of the employer alongwith performance certificates from them.
