Graphiti School of Animation is an initiative taken by Mr. Ram Mohan (also known as the "Father of Indian Animation") & Graphiti Multimedia Pvt. Ltd, to train talented people to become Animation Professionals. Graphiti Multimedia Pvt. Ltd is a concept-to-completion animation studio with a team of talented and experienced animation professionals.
Mr Ram Mohan has visualized a particular way of training animation professionals to enable them go through the training and become ready-to-work professionals. With him as its Dean, Graphiti School of Animation has successfully completed its first training programme.

To nurture and cultivate the unique qualities of each student through an interesting curriculum, in an inspiring environment, under the leadership of involved professors and industry experts.

To teach tools, concepts and related skills for film making.
To teach animation how it is practiced in industry.
To produce quality students and hone their talents which becomes the minimum acceptable benchmark (MAB) in industry.
DEAN OF THE GRAPHITI
Mr. Ram Mohan, who is the Dean of the School, has received 5 Lifetime Achievement Awards, the latest being the V. Shantaram Award at the recently concluded Mumbai International Film Festival (MIFF), inductions into the Halls of Fame of IAAFA and Communication Arts Guild (CAG), every conceivable national and international award, social awareness projects like 'Meena' for UNICEF, Co-director of India's first animation feature, 'Ramayana - the Legend of a Prince'

ASSOCIATION WITH STUDIO
The professionals from Graphiti Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. are the visiting faculty of the Graphiti School of Animation to give the students the real industry inputs and getting them exposed to the nitty-grittys of industry working and job requirements. Also live projects from studio are assigned to students as projects which is included in the curriculum of the course
Deserving candidates are offered placement and an opportunity to work in Graphiti Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. immediately after their course ends.

The number of professionals employed by the Indian animation industry in 2006 is estimated at 16,500. This figure is forecast to increase at a CAGR of 14-15% and exceed 26,000 by 2010
