Professional training takes the form of a 4 ½ year bachelor’s degree programme (including 6 months internship) after plus two/ equivalent with Physics, Chemisty and Biology, admission through an entrance examination in most cases. Physiotherapists use exercises and movement, electrotherapy, manipulation and massage to treat to injured, disabled, sick and convalescent of all ages for a large variety of conditions. They perform and interpret tests and measurements for muscle strength, motor development, functioning capacity, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
