68. I have completed my MLIS, M. Phil in Library Science. Now I want to do part time Ph. D programme in Library Science. I would like to know is there any University offering Ph. D programme (Library Science) in Distance Education mode with acceptance of any library science guide from any state known to us.

Ph. D in Library and Information Science is offered at IGNOU (www.ignou.ac.in ). The programme is available only to M. Phil Degree holders.
