The Airports Authority of India conducts the selection process for entry into the cadre of Manager Air Traffic Control who can be posted anywhere in India and Superintendent (ATC), usually posted region-wise. Degree in Science with Physics or Maths with minimum 60% Diploma in Electronics Engineering from a recognized polytechnic below 25 years may apply for Superintendent (ATC) posts. Manager Air Traffic Control posts are open to first class Engineering graduates in Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Radio Engineering or equivalent or first class Science graduates with Physics or Maths as principal subject and age below 28 years. Scope is good, but your career progression would be linked to seniority and the job is high pressured. MBA would offer more scope for employment, growth and diversity.
