Applications are invited for admission to the following regular Post-Graduate courses on the Semester Wise Choice Based Credit System :
1. ENGLISH
2. ORIYA
3. SOCIOLOGY
4. ANTHROPOLOGY & TRIBAL STUDIES
5. JOURNALISM & MASS COMMUNICATION
THE NUMBER OF SEATS IN EACH COURSE - 30 (THIRTY):
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
Honours at +3 Degree in the respective subject or 50% marks in the subject concerned or 45% marks in Aggregate for pass candidates at +3 Degree from any recognized University.
COST OF PROSPECTUS CUM APPLICATION FORM :
i. For General Category Rs.300/
ii. For SC/ST Category : Rs.507-RESERVATION OF SEATS :
Reservation of seats shall be made as per norm of Central Govt.
PROSPECTUS CUM APPLICATION FORM
1) Prospectus cum application form can be obtained in person from the main branch of State Bank of India at Koraput and Bhubaneswar from 10lh July, 2009.
2) Prospectus cum application form can also be downloaded from the University website wvyw.cuorissa.org The application form shall accompany an account payee Bank Draft for the application fee drawn in favour of OSD (Finance), Central University, payable at State Bank of India. Bhubaneswar.
3) The Prospectus cum application form, can be obtained by post sending a requisition along with a self addressed stamped envelope and account payee Bank draft for the application fee, drawn in favour of OSD (Finance), payable at State Bank of India Bhubaneswar.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM :
The application form duly filled in and complete in all respect must be submitted by 30th July, 2009. University will not be responsible for any postal delay. Incomplete application or application received beyond the scheduled date shall be summarily rejected.
