College of Agribusiness Management (CABM) is a constituent College of G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, and benefits from its highly qualified and dedicated faculty. The MBA programme approved by the AICTE is offered for two streams viz. one for Engineering Graduates (MBA), and the other for Agriculture and allied Graduates (MBA-Agribusiness). The MBA programme provides specialization in relevant functional areas of Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, IT and International Business whereas the industry specific specialization in Farm Engineering, Food Industry, Hi-tech Agriculture, Horticulture Ind., Input Supply, Vet, Pharmaceutical and Livestock Industry is the USP of MBA (Agribusiness). The programme has patronage of leading corporate houses for projects, placements, MDPs, research and consultancies and has a great placement record.
SELECTION PROCEDURE : The candidates will have to appear in Common Admission Test (CAT) 2011 being conducted by IIM, Kolkata. Our Institute uses CAT score for short listing the candidates for our two-year full time Post-graduate Programme in Management. IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme. The candidates short listed on the basis of CAT Score will have to appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interview at CABM, Pantnagar on specified date(s). In addition to this, candidates should have secured an O.G.P.A. of not less than 6.00/10.00 or 3.000/5.000 or 55 percent marks in aggregate in qualifying degree examination.

How to Apply : The application form and Prospectus of the programme can be obtained from the office of Dean, College of Agribusiness Management, Pantnagar on payment of ? 1500/-in the form of Crossed Demand Draft drawn on Punjab National Bank (branch 4446) in favour of Dean, CABM payable at Pantnagar. The forms can be obtained and submitted up to January 31,2012 with a fee of ? 3000/-.
