1. Applications on plain paper are invited from Indian Nationals in the Format given at the end
for the award of Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship tenable in the academic year -2005 (beginning September 1)
for Master's and Doctoral Degree in the subject-fields mentioned below. Not more than twenty (20)
nominations including twelve(12) for pursuing studies under the Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship Plan.
2. Age : There is no restriction with respect of the age of candidates but preference
will be given to those candidates who have obtained their first Graduation/Master's Degree, as per
requirement within last five years.
3. Level: These Scholarships will be awarded for studies leading Master's and Doctoral Degree.
Candidates who have already completed Ph.D or about to complete it are unlikely to be considered.
