10 additional Symbiosis institute included in Symbiosis International University
The Central Government, on the advice of the University Grants Commission (UGC), has declared that the 10 institutes listed below are included under the ambit of Symbiosis International University.
Students enrolling for full-time academic programmes at these institutes will now receive a Master’s / Graduate Degree on successful completion of the programme. As a part of Symbiosis International University, these institutes will have regular additions, up gradation & innovation of syllabi as per needs of the time and as approved by the University.
The following 10 institutes are included under the ambit of Symbiosis International University:
1. Symbiosis Centre of Management and Human Resource Development [SCMHRD]
2. Symbiosis Institute of International Business[SIIB]
3. Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management [SITM]
4. Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies [SIMS]
5. Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication [SIMC]
6. Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management [SIOM]
7. Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology [SCIT]
8. Symbiosis Institute of Geo Informatics [SIG]
9. Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences [SIHS]
10. Symbiosis Institute of Design [SID]

11. Symbiosis Institute of Business Management [SIBM]
12. Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies & Research [SICSR]
