The DA-IICT, a University established under an Act of Gujarat State Legislature and recognized by UGC, is a major educational and research institution of Reliance Group. DA-IICT invites applications for admission to the following programs starting July, 2013.
UNDER-GRADUATE PROGRAMS
1. B.Tech (Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
2. B.Tech (Honours in ICT with minor in Computational Science)
Gujarat Category: Candidates under this category will be admitted through ACPC, Gujarat. They need not apply to DA-IICT.
All India Category: Eligibility : Candidates should
be a pass in the 12th standard or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Bio-technology/Computer Science/ Biology.
be born on or after 01 October 1988.
have appeared for JEE Main-2013 Examination.
submit a separate application to DA-IICT in the prescribed Application Form.
Selection Process: Short-listed candidates will be called for counseling at DA-IICT and selection for admission will be based on the All India Rank of JEE Main-2013. A few seats will be offered to Non-Resident Indians, Persons of Indian Origin and Foreign Nationals through a separate channel called 'Direct Admission of Foreign and NRI Students'.
How to apply: The DA-IICT Application Form will be made available through the following channels:
Apply online at http://www.daiict.ac.in by making an online payment of Rs.1000/-.
Sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 1200/- to DA-IICT drawn in favour of 'DA-IICT' payable at Ahmedabad.
At selected Branches of Axis Bank by paying Rs. 1100/-. For details on branches of Axis Bank, visit web site: www.daiict.ac.in.
Scholarships: Up to five meritorious students admitted would be awarded merit scholarship equivalent to full tuition fees. Also five merit-cum-means scholarships would be offered subject to a means test.
Online submission of application can be made from 03 June 2013 to 05 July 2013
Sale of Application from the Bank Commences on 04 June 2013 & closes on 01 July 2013
Last date of receiving filled in Applications at DA-IICT is 05 July 2013.
