Announces Admission To The XVI Batch Of The Two Year Full Time Post Graduate Diploma In Business Management (2007-2009)
(Approved and accredited by AICTE and recognized by Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to MBA degree)
Eligibility
* The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA, of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India or other
educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a Univesity Under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of 3 years of education after completing Higher Secondary schooling ( 10+2) or equivalent.
* Candidates appearing for the final year degree examination in 2007 can also apply subject to furnishing the proof of graduation by October 1, 2007 . Such Candidates if selected will have to submit a provisional certificate from their institute / University stating that they fulfill the qualifying criteria of 50% marks latest by 30th June , 2007.
Admission Procedure :
* All candidates are required to appear for the Common Admission Test (CAT) to be conducted by IIMs on Novermber 19th , 2006 For further details please refer to the CAT advertisement that has appeared in all leading newspapers on July 16th , 2006
* Apply to FSM on a separate application form that will be available from FORE School Management for Rs.1225/- in cash. The candidates who desire to get the appliation form by post should send a DD of Rs.1275/- in favour of FORE School of Management payable at New Delhi.Also send two self adressed slips along with the DD. The application form & prospectus can also be downloaded from FORE website : www.fsm.ac.in
* Last Date for submission of application form is November 17th , 2006
* Final selection will be based on performance in CAT & other parameters and subsequently Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
Interview Centres : Delhi , Mumbai, Kolkatta, Bangalore and Hydeabad . The Institute reserves the right to cancel any interview centre.
