(a) . Junior Research Fellowships S.I.No.1

Educational Qualification & Experience :M.Sc. first class in Biotechnology / Genetics / Biochemistry / Forestry / Botany with specialization in molecular biology / genomics or working experience in DNA techniques / DNA markers having three years experience or Ph.D in above related fields.
Stipend and Tenure : JRF Rs.8000/- RA Rs.11000/- Tenure will be for one year extendable to project completion period of nearly three years.
Age: Upper age limit for JRF is 28 years and 35 for RA which is relaxable upto 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST. Candidates applying for JRF in the project at Sl.No. 1 & 2 need not submit separate applications but mention it in one application.
General Condition :Awards of the fellowships are governed by the Indian Council of Forestry Research & Education rules and does not guarantee subsequent employment in any Institute under the Council.
Application on the plain paper must be submitted to the Group Coordinator (Research), RCS, Forest Research Institute, and New Forest P.O. Dehradun within 15 days of its publication.
