Forms shall also be downloaded from Institute website www.iiita.ac.in In this case Form with a demand draft of Rs.500/- ( Rs.250/- for SC/ST) from any nationalized bank in the name of "IIIT- Allahabad"and payable at Allahabad be sent by April 30, 2005
