Admission Notice for One Year Post-Graduate Certificate Courses through Distance Learning for the session 2008-2009 in
1. Health and Family Welfare Management (H & FWM)
2. Hospital Management (HM)
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualifications: Common for both:
(i) MBBS/ BDS/ B. Sc (Nursing) Degree/ BAMS or Equivalent appropriate degree of Unani, Siddha, Yoga and Homeopathy and
(ii) Registration with respective State/ National Council.
Experience:
For (1) (H & FWM) – Candidates should have at least two years of experience of working in a Govt./ NGO/ Private/ Corporate Hospital/ Institute/ Organization.
For (2) (HM) – At least two years of working experience in respect of MBBS candidates and five years for other candidates i.e. Ayush, Dental and Nursing or working in a Govt./ NGO/ Private/ Corporate Hospital/ Institute/ Organization. Preference will be given to those who are holding Administrative Posts.
Prospectus for each course may be obtained against Crossed Indian Postal Order or a Bank Draft for Rs.100/- payable to the Director, NIHFW, New Delhi from Distance Learning Cell (DLC), Room No. 417, Academic Block in person or by post. The prospectus will be available from 1st May, 2008. The name of the course may kindly be indicated clearly in the request for prospectus. The prospectus and application form can also be downloaded from the website (www.nihfw.org) of the Institute. In such cases application form should be accompanied by a Demand Draft for Rs.100/- (Course fee extra). The details of the courses are given in the respective prospectus.
I. Last date for request for prospectus by post: 6 June, 2008
II. Last date for request for prospectus in person: 16 June, 2008
Duly completed application form should reach the Distance Learning cell, NIHFW by 16th June, 2008. Institute will not be responsible for postal or other delays.
