The National Law University, Orissa, at Cuttack, is a premier Law University established by the National Law University Orissa Act of 2008.
The University invites applications for five year integrated B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) and B.B.A.LL.B (Hons.) Degree Programmes for the academic year 2009 - 10 commencing from 20th July, 2009.
ELIGIBILITY : Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate (those who have appeared for the examination in March/April, 2009 may also apply).
AGE LIMIT : Below 21 years as on 1st August, 2009 (23 years in case of SC/ST candidates)
TOTAL SEATS : 60 seats each for B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) & B.B.A. LL.B (Hons.)
CATEGORYWISE SEATS : General -78, Scheduled Tribes -14, Scheduled Castes -10, Persons with disabilities - 4, Foreign Nationals - 4, NRI/NRI Sponsored - 10. Total Seats : 120
Admissions will be strictly on merit through an All India Entrance Examination to be conducted at Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cuttack, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi and Patna on 14th June, 2009 (Sunday) from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. If sufficient number of applications are not

received for a centre, the University reserves the right to cancel the said centre and shift the applicants of that centre to another centre.
The Application Form may be downloaded from the University website www.nluc.org.in in or from the Orissa High Court website www.orissahighcourt.nic.in.
Filled-in Application Forms are to be sent along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1,500/-(Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) for General Candidates and Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only) in case of SC and ST Candidates, drawn in favour of "The Registrar, National Law University, Cuttack", payable at Cuttack along with copies of requisite Caste/Disability Certificate.
Applications complete in all respects must reach The Registrar, National Law University, Protocol Wing, Orissa High Court, Cuttack-753 001, Orissa, by post/courier on or before 6th June, 2009. Applications received after the last date shall not be entertained. The University will not be responsible for any loss or delay.
