Placement : The students who completed the M.Sc., Software Engineering Programme at PSG Tech have been absorbed by MNCs like Amazon, ANZ IT, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, IBM,Intel,Motorola,Novell,Oracle,Trilogy,Verizone and Indain Software Giants like Cognizant,Infosys,TS and Wipro. Internship The programme has two internships each of six months duration, one in the seventh semester and the other in the tenth semester, enabling the studetns to have industrial exposure. Our studetns are most sought after by leading IT companies for these internships and are paid attractive stipend. Eligibility : A Pass in Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent with Mathematics and Physics or Computer Science as two of the four subjets of study prescribed with the following minimum average marks OC - 60% , BC - 55% , MBC - 50% , SC/ST - a pass M.Sc., (Software Engineering) is prestigious programme of PSG College of Technology and only studetns with very high academic record (above 85% after normalizing CBSE / HSC / ICSE streams) and have SPARK and not just MARK. assesses ny their performance in an interview, are admitted to this programme. The prescribed application form and prospectus can be had from the Principal inperson or by post from 04.05.2005, on requisition with a Demand Draft for Rs.500/- ( for SC/ST Rs.100 only) drawn in favour of The Principal, PSG College Of Technology, on any nationalized bank payable at Coimbatore together with two self addressed white slips of size 6 cm X 10 cm.
