The University has 7 Regional Centres at Trivandrum, Payyannur, Koyilandy, Tirur, Thrissur, Ettumanoor and Thuravoor. The University offers Under Graduate , Post Graduate, Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy Courses in various Subjects/ Disciplines organised through the following 22 Departments.

Post Graduate Courses are offered in the following subjects : Nyaya, Vedanta, Sanskrit Sahitya, Vyakarana, Hindi, Malayalam, History, Philosophy, Urdu, Music and Social Work P.G.Diploma Course is available in Tourism and Hindi Translation.

M.Phil Courses are also offered in the above subjects except in Urdu and Social Work. The new courses proposed for M.Phil Degree are translation Studies, Manuscriptology, Vastu Vidya, Comparative Literature and English.
