Advanced Data Processing Research Institute(ADRIN), Department Of Space, GOvernment of India located at Secunderabad invites applications for the following Post. Post : Junior Research Fellow a) Fellowship Amount : Rs.8000/-PM (Consolidated) + House Rent Allowance b) Minimum Qualification : Fellowship No.1 : B.Tech / M.Sc with Computer Science Fellowships No.2 : B.Tech with Electronics 7 Communications. Fellowship No.3 :MCA with Bachelors degree in Mathematics/Physics/Computer Science. c)Nature of Work: Research in the general areas of advanced computer science like Network Security, Data Security, Image Processing etc., General Informatin : 1. The candidates selected will be posted at secunderabad. However, the incumbent is liable to be posted anywhere in India. The fellowships are initially for 2 years extendable upto 3 years . The fellows will have no right for claiming any regular employment in ISRO/DOS. 2. Age should not be more than 30 years (relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST and 3 years in case of OBC candidates) as on 05.10.2004. The age limit in case of Ex-servicemen/PH will be relaxed as per GOvt.of India orders on the subject. 3. Approximate total emoluments at the minimum of the above pay scale will be Rs.9200/-PM 4. Applications (as per the format given hereunder in A-4 size paper(210X297mm) should be sent giving all the requisite information supported by copies of certificate and marks lists of all years/Semesters etc. Affix recent passport size photograph at the space provided in the application. Candidates may please note that applications without copies of certificates or photograph will not be considered. 5. Candidates who do not possess the prescribed educational qualification,and those who would be completing the prescribed age limit as on 05.10.2004 NEED NOT APPLY. 6. Candidates working in Government/Public Sector undertaking/Autonomous organizations should apply through proper channel. Applications received directly will not be entertained under any circumstances. 7. Candidates will have to produce proof of the details furnished in their applications in original at the time of interview. 8. Outstation candidates called for interview will be paid to and fro 2nd class train fare from the nearest railway staion as indicated in the application by the train fare from the nearest railway station as indicated in the application by the shortest route on furnishing the ticket number at the time of interview. The candidates are required to avail the 50% concession facility offered by Railways for unemployed youth attending tests/interviews. 9. Applications without the requisite information asked for in the prescribed format on A-4 size paper, without signature/without photograph/without attested true copies of the certificates and mark sheets and those received after the due date will not be considered. 10. The complete applications supported by attested copies of all the certificates and testimonials should be sent by post so as to reach the Senior Administrative Officer,ADRIN,Dept of Space, Govt of India, 203 Akbar Road, Tarbund, Manovikasnagar Post, Secunderabad - 500 009, within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.Applications should be sent in a cover superscribed by " APPLICATIION FOR THE POST OF JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW" 11. Those applied and interviewed for the same post during the last six months in ADRIN need not apply. 12.
