Department of Physics and Astrophysics and Department of Chemistry are Jointly launching a new exciting three-year M. Tech program in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from the academic year 2008
1. Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Physics/ Chemistry/ Biological Sciences and with Mathematics as a subject for at least one year; and
2. Must have qualified in Joint Admission Test of M. Sc (JAM) – 2008 conducted by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). http://www.iitk.ac.in/jam OR
3. Must have qualified the entrance tests for admission to M. Sc Physics/ Chemistry/ any branch of Biological Sciences conducted by the respective departments of Delhi University OR
4. Must have come in the merit list for M. Sc Physics/ Chemistry/ any branch of Biological Sciences of the respective departments of Delhi University.
Final selection will be done on the basis of an interview.
5. Selected candidates will be provided scholarship of Rs.3000/- per month to be sponsored by Department of Sciences and Technology (Govt. of India) or University of Delhi.
6. Project work to be carried at National and International Laboratories.
