Admission Notification (2009-2010)
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to M.A, Degree Course in Bharafhanatyam under private study (Two Years) for the academic year 2009-2010.
Eligibility : Agraduate in any discipline with 10 years of
performance or 10 years of teaching or 10 years of
teaching and performance prior or after the Bachelors
degree or Diploma in Dance or any other Diploma as
equivalent thereto and those who have completed 30
years of age as on 30th September year in which the
candidate submits the application. The minimum period
of attendance is 30 days in an academic year.
Issue & submission of application : Application can be
had from the University Enquiry Counter in person or on
payment of Rs.200/- by cash or by post on payment of
Rs.250/- (Rs.50/- towards postage charge) by means of a
Demand Draft drawn infavour of "The Registrar,
University of Madras, Chennai payable at Chennai.
Application can also be downloaded from the University
Website at www.unom.ac.in and the cost of application
should be paid along with the registration fees. The fiiled-in
application shall be sent to Or. (Mrs.) M. Premeela,
Professor & Head, Department of Indian Music,
University of Madras, Chennai -5.
The Last date for issue & submission of application is 16.10.2009.
