Eligibility:
B. Tech Programs: A pass in 10+2 or equivalent with an aggregate of 60% of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology. Physics, Chemistry and Biology candidates are eligible for B. Tech Biotechnology & Bioinformatics programs.
MBA: A pass in any Bachelor degree
MCA: A pass in any bachelor degree with Mathematics at degree or 10+2 level.
M. Sc: A pass in Bachelor Degree in Science in relevant area of specialization.
Admission Procedure:
B. Tech Programs:
On the basis of performance in the entrance examination of Vel’s University to be conducted at All India level in major cities of India on 11th July 2008 and marks scored in the 10+2 examination.
PG Programs:
On the basis of performance in the entrance examination of Vel’s University to be conducted on 11th July 2008 at our Pallavaram Campus.
Issue of Application Form:
Application & Prospectus can be obtained on payment of Rs.250/- or by sending crossed DD for Rs.300/- in favour of “The Registrar, Vel’s University” payable at Chennai. (Please specify the course you wish to apply).
