Xcellon Institute is an Education Initiative of the founders of Claris Life sciences Ltd, a global Pharmaceutical company. The group has successfully established itself in other areas of business on a global scale, and brings to the table its strong global vision, orientation and presence. We understand how demand for quality manpower has crippled many of the businesses in India. There is a constant struggle to employ and retain qualified individuals. Like many successful ideas, the idea of setting up Xcellon Institute was born out of the industry need (for qualified and trained manpower)and a problem, seen as an opportunity.
The institute is inaugurating their venture with launch of their flag ship programme, Post graduate Programmes in Health Care Management (PGPHM) and Post Graduate Programme in General Management (PGPGM) along with host of diploma courses in the most demanded area of Clinical Research in August – September this year. It also plans to launch progammes in the area of biotechnology in coming near future. The batch strength for PGPHM and PGPGM is 60 respectively.
The team behind Xcellon Institute has dwelled on years of experience and extensive market research to build the curriculum, in an effort to establish an Educational System that integrates traditional theories in Academia with modern practices in Industry.
Taking step towards imbibing the concept of Xcellon of “ Making Industry Ready Professionals” into its curriculum we have interacted with approximately 70 corporate Executives of reputed organisations. These organizations are willing to absorb the students graduating from Xcellon.
