The Common Prospectus can be obtained w.e.f. 25th April, 2008 from all the Regional Centres of IGNOU or from the Registrar (SR&E), Block-3 (Room No-1), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi ? 110 068, in person, on payment of Rs.100/- in cash or through post by sending an IPO or Demand Draft of Rs.150/- drawn in favour of IGNOU payable at the city of the Regional Centre located/ New Delhi from where prospectus is required.

However, an electronics version of the Prospectus is available at IGNOU website at http://www.ignou.ac.in. Application form can be downloaded from the website w.e.f. 15th April 2008 and submitting along with DD for Rs.100/- in addition to the programme fee.

Application forms can also be submitted online through the University website. Sale of Common Prospectus will commence from 25th April, 2008 at Regional Centres & Headquarters.

July 2008 Session: 15th April to 15th May (without late fee); 16th May to 31st May (with late fee of Rs.200/-)

January 2009 Session: 2nd June to 31st October (without late fee); 1st November to 30th November (with late fee of Rs.200/-)
