Towards Admission for 2017-19 Academic Session in 2 years (4 semesters)
M.Sc. Hospitality Administration program, jointly offered by National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT)
And
Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU)
Program is delivered through India's best four Hotel Management Institutes affiliated to NCHMCT and 'NCHM Institute of Hospitality' viz., IHM Pusa, Chennai, Bangalore, Lucknow and NCHM-IH NOIDA. This is a full time, regular, job oriented program that equips candidates with knowledge, technical skills, analytical ability, teaching aptitude, managerial capacity building and exposure of Hospitality Industry as well as teaching in Hospitality Institute. This program is mainly feeding the demand of Teaching force in the affiliated IHMs as well as Manpower in the middle and above management level of the Industry.
ELIGIBILITY
i) B.Sc degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from NCHM-IGNOU OR Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized University and the Institute is approved by AICTE.
ii) Candidates appearing in the final semester/ final year exam of the above said degrees and able to submit their bachelor's degree latest by 31st October, can also apply
RESERVATION OF SEATS
15% for Scheduled Caste (SC) Category.
7 1/2% for Scheduled Tribe (ST) Category.
27% for OBC (Central List) (Non-creamy layer) Category.
3% seats shall be reserved for Physically Disabled-across board as per rules.
The interested candidates can apply online only through admission notification in our online admission portalwww.thims.gov.in or through Council's website:www.nchm.nic.in . Candidate has to send print out of the filled in online application along with necessary fee through a demand draft and other required documents, which should reach NCHMCT, Noida latest by 31 May 2017.
