Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Automatic Renewal of Membership Account: Customer has to notify us to cancel automatic renewal at least 15 business days prior to the account expiration date.

2. If customer wants to cancel the service before one complete cycle, a partial refund will be given based on the number of days services used.

Refund Policy

1. If you wish to cancel the service( Membership Plan ), please inform us within 2 days of placing your request for service, full refund will be given.

2. If refund request is sent after 2 days, a partial refund will be given based on the days of service used.

3. No refunds will be given after the service is completely availed.
