About AMP Higher Education Scholarship Fund 2026

Since 2007, AMP (Association of Muslim Professionals) has been working across India to support the education of orphans and underprivileged students, helping them continue their studies and build a better future.

Over the years, AMP has also realized that many students from very poor financial backgrounds face serious difficulties in continuing their education, even if they are talented and hardworking.

To support such students, AMP is launching a special initiative:

AMP Higher Education Scholarship – 2026

This scholarship aims to help deserving students continue their higher education without financial stress.

This is a Zakat Fund.

Who Can Apply?

Students who meet the following conditions can apply:

* Students approved by Principal/ Head of the institution (HEI)

* Students studying in Senior College (UG) or Master’s Degree (PG)

* Students who have lost their father or belong to financially weak families

* Students who are serious about their education but facing financial difficulties

Important Instructions

* This Application form to be filled carefully by a single College Incharge..

* Make sure all student details and documents are correct and complete.

* Applications will be verified by the AMP team before final selection.

* Scholarships will be given only to deserving, meritorious, and genuinely needy or orphan students.

This initiative may also be featured on IndiaZakat.com, AMP’s crowdfunding platform, to raise more support and help more deserving students.

Approved amount will be transferred to College Bank Account only, and will be adjusted as fees for selected students by the College.

This form has a 7 day window, to be completed by the college. Time & Funds are limited.

Documents Required

* Please keep the following documents ready to attach in this form

* Latest Marksheet / Passing Certificate

* Government ID & Address Proof (preferably Aadhar Card)
* (PAN Card or Ration Card can also be used)

* Passport-size Photograph, Bonafide Letter with Fee Structure and College Bank Details

* Zakat Eligibility Letter from a person who knows the financial condition of the family
(for example: Imam of your Local Masjid , Doctor, Principal, or Government Officer)

Important Note:

1) The background verification will be done by local AMP Chapters & NGO Partners
2) Last Date to Apply: Sunday, 31st August ‘26
3) No hard copy application will be accepted
4) The Scholarship cause on IndiaZakat.com will be promoted on Social Media for donors’ contributions.
