Applications are invited from eligible candidates for medical admission to various Under Graduate courses

B.Sc. Emergency Medical Services

Qualification: Pass in plus two with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology. Date & Time of Interview: 01 June 2012 (Friday) / 9.30 AM

B.Pharm (Regular & Lateral Entry)

Qualification: Regular – Pass in plus two with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. In place of Biology, Maths / Biotechnology or Computer Science are also eligible. Lateral Entry – Pass in D.Pharm.

Date & Time of Interview: 02 June 2012 (Saturday) /9.30 AM

Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing

Qualification: Pass in plus two with Physics, Chemistry & Biology and pass in General Nursing & Midwifery with not less than 55% marks. Date & Time of Entrance Examination: 03 June 2012 (Sunday) / 9.30 AM to 12.00 Noon

B.Sc. Respiratory Therapy (B.Sc. RT)

Qualification: Pass in plus two with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry,Biology or Biotechnology/Natural Science.

Diploma in Dental Mechanics

Qualification: Pass in plus two with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English.

Bachelor of Audiology & Speech Language Pathology

Qualification: Pass in plus two with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology / Mathematics / Computer Science / Statistics / Electronics/Psychology Date & Time of Interview: 05 June 2012 (Tuesday) / 9.30 AM

B.Sc. Medical Radiologic Technology (B.Sc. MRT) Qualification: First Class in plus two with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology & English. Date & Time of Interview: 06 June 2012 (Wednesday) / 9.30 AM

B.Sc.Optometry (Regular & Lateral Entry)

Qualification: Regular – Pass in plus two with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology & English.

Lateral Entry – Pass in Diploma in Optometry.

Date & Time of Interview: 07 June 2012 (Thursday) / 9.30 AM

B.Sc. Nursing

Qualification: Pass in plus two with 50% marks in English and 60% Marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology.

Date & Time of Interview: 08 June 2012 (Friday) / 9.30 AM

B.Sc. Allied Health Sciences

Qualification: Pass in plus two with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology

Date & Time of Interview: 09 June 2012 (Saturday) / 9.30 AM

Application Form: Application form is same for all the listed courses except for Lateral Entry & Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing. The mode of selection for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing is through Entrance Examination and for all other courses is Interview. Please read Terms & Conditions carefully before filling the application form.

Age limit: Shall not be less than 17 but not more than 23 as on 31.12.2012. For Lateral Entry courses, maximum age limit is 25 years and for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, age limit not applicable.

Issue of application form begins on : 09 April 2012

Last date for submission of application : 26 May 2012
