About the Team:

The Amazon Alexa organization focuses on bringing user-delightful, voice-activated experiences to Amazon customers. Alexa service is constantly getting smarter, both for features and for natural language understanding and accuracy. Through a series of free, self-service public APIs, developers, companies, and hobbyists can integrate Alexa into their products and services and build new skills for Alexa. Currently, Alexa is compatible with thousands of smart home devices.

Some of the areas where Alexa is expanding its presence include i) 3P devices such as TVs, PCs, hearables, wearables, speakers, soundbars, smart displays/tablets, ii) Alexa Games where the mission is to create voice forward gaming experiences, iii) Alexa Smart Properties where Alexa will power products/applications in hotels, apartments etc, iv) entertainment applications driving a more immersive experience when interacting with Music and Video, v) Communication services where Alexa will be an enabler for natural conversations with friends and family, vi) Social products by building a set of APIs to extend interactive experiences across a multitude of networks, vii) Customer Engagement products, and viii) global availability of Alexa products and services through international expansion initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates with 0-3 years’ experience in an SDE role.

Job location is Bangalore/ Chennai.
