MyGov India, in partnership with MoA and MDNIY, is inviting entries for a doodle competition for Y-Break App this year.

The “Y-Break” App is a Yoga app developed by MoA and MDNIY to de-stress, refresh and re-focus the workers at the workplace by practicing selected Yoga practices of 5-6 minutes time frame to accrue the benefits as projected from Yoga practice for a longer duration.
