Objective of the challenge:

* We are looking for the best in class talent and the best minds to join our team and to build a world class bank, right here in India.

* Looking at hiring a minimum of 30 women Application Development Engineers. (Data engineers, Tech Design: build technology for scale, Product Design: UI-UX design across devices, AI, product hack-a-thon).

* Build India’s Silicon Valley Talent pool and increase the gender diversity within our Technology Management Group at IDFC FIRST Bank.

Eligibility Criteria:

Years of experience: Open for Batch of 2022 only

Challenge Format:

* 10 MCQs
* 2 Programming Questions based on DS and Algo

Recruitment Process:

When you complete the challenge successfully and get shortlisted, the Top listed candidates move one step closer to an opportunity to join IDFC FIRST Bank

Cash prize for Top 4 rankers winning the hackathon

1st prize: 1,00,000
2nd prize: 50,000
3rd prize: 30,000
4th prize: 20,000

Additionally: cash prize for the next top 10 hackathon rankers: 10,000

Process:

* After a student gets shortlisted, the Top 150 students who are interested in exploring opportunities at IDFC FIRST Bank will be called for interview. Interview will be conducted virtually; invitations will be sent separately on email.

* Candidate interviews will be taken by Technology Leaders of IDFC FIRST Bank and HR manager.

* Students who get through the interview process will be extended a formal offer to join IDFC FIRST Bank.
