Essay Competition on Role of Hydro Power in building a Viksit Bharat by 2047 Last Date : 13.07.2026
The #LetterToRiver Global Writing Campaign is a youth-led international movement by Udaan Youth Club (UYC) inviting people across the world to write heartfelt letters to their local rivers — expressing gratitude, concerns, memories, and hopes.
The third edition is now open globally in observance of the International Day of Action for Rivers 2026. From the Ganga to the Amazon, Nile to Thames —every river has a story. Now it’s time we write back.
Rivers are lifelines of civilizations, ecosystems, and cultures. They nourish our lands, provide drinking water, support biodiversity, and shape communities. Yet today, rivers across the world face severe threats from pollution, climate change, and unsustainable development.
