About Masters Union Emerging Business Leaders 2020

Masters’ Union Emerging Business Leaders 2020 is a three-stage management, finance & entrepreneurship competition to recognize emerging business leaders that are judged by the distinguished Masters of the Masters’ Union. This competition will make you think on your feet while working your way through real business scenarios just as an entrepreneur. You start by working as a consultant on a problem to making some critical but simple decisions as an entrepreneur before finally pitching your Big Idea to the esteemed Jury. In this process, you’ll not only challenge other participants but you’ll explore the new side of yourself that is better prepared to deal with the ever-changing business environment. Eligibility and Other Details:

1. Only students of undergraduate colleges and working professionals (with work experience of no more than 3 years) are eligible to register.

2. You can register for Masters’ Union Emerging Business Leaders 2020 as an individual or as a team of upto 3 members.

3. MBA students or professionals with an MBA degree are not eligible to participate.

4. All submissions will be evaluated by a competent jury and their decision will be final.

Stages/Rounds:

1) Consulting: All participants play a one-of-its-kind online business simulation to test their management prowess while stepping into the shoes of a Consultant. This is not an elimination round.

2) Decision Making: All participants play an interactive online simulation game to test their basic entrepreneurial skills without jargon. The game requires you to make 3 decisions. This is not an elimination round.

3) Pitching: Based on the scores of the earlier 2 rounds, shortlisted teams can then submit their idea pitch with a complete business plan for evaluation. Top 10 teams will finally pitch in front of the esteemed jury at the Grand Finale.

Rewards:

* Grand Cash Prize of INR 20 Lakhs

* Scholarships worth INR 1.8 Cr to pursue MBA from IIM A, IIM B, IIM C or Masters’ Union.

* Direct admission into the Masters’ Union Startup School

Registration Deadline: 8th April 2020
Consulting Round: 27th March – 9th April 2020
Decision Making Round: 10th April – 15th April 2020
Pitching Round: 16th April – 22nd April 2020
Grand Finale: 30th April 2020
