ABOUT ORIENTAL SCHOOL OF LAW

Oriental School of Law is one of the premier law college established in Indore. It offers quality legal education at Undergraduate, Postgraduate levels in the form of BA.LL.B. (5 Year), LL.B (3 Year) & LL.M. (1-year Course). These courses are recognized and approved by the BCI. Besides this, the college offers Diploma and Certificate courses in the areas of specialization in Cyber Laws and IPR. The faculty of law also provides opportunity for pursuing Doctorate in Law. The college has spacious building with huge Auditorium, separate Moot Court Room, Human Rights Cell, Cyber Cell, Women Empowerment Cell, Legal Aid Cell, Placement Cell etc. The programmes are designed to expose the students to the different aspects of legal work and procedures in the chambers of Lawyers, Courts, Lok Adalat, Administrative Offices, Legal Aid Centre, Legal Literacy Camps and the like. Its Library is rich with classic, as well as, recent works on law and legal systems. It has a collection of online data base i.e. SCC online, Manupatra and besides this, it has back volumes of reputed law journals, law reports. It provides free internet facility to the students.

ABOUT THE ALL INDIA ONLINE DANCING AND SINGING COMPETITION

The humanity is facing an enormous challenge. The COVID-19 crisis has an impact in all dimensions of our lives: the public health, the labour systems, the social interaction, the political debate, the use of public spaces, the economy, the environment, and the cultural life. Oriental School of Law, Oriental University is a centre of excellence for synthesizing both academic and co-curricular activities. In order to encourage appreciation and participation in the cultural diversity and ethos of our national heritage and to enhance the manifestation of youth’s creativity and potential, we are organizing our very first All India Online Dancing & Singing Competition on 20th & 21st July, 2020 via ZOOM App.

ELIGIBILITY

* Students pursuing their Undergraduate course from any Institution / College / University in India are eligible to participate; or

* Students pursuing their Postgraduate course from any Institution / College / University in India are eligible to participate; or

* Students pursuing their M.Phil. / Ph.D. Scholars from any Institution / College / University in India are eligible to participate.

IMPORTANT DATES

Last Date of Registration for both the events: 15th July, 2020

Date of Main event: –

▪ Dancing Competition- 20th July, 2020
▪ Singing Competition- 21st July, 2020

Declaration of Result: – 23rd July, 2020
