We live in drastically changing times. Resources are becoming scarce, climate change is a reality, and fair distribution of wealth is one of the major topics. Things must change immediately. We need a shift in business models, but also innovative and connective leaders to make this happen.

The Nudge Global Impact Challenge is an eight-month online personal development programme for young professionals that focuses on leadership, sustainability and impact creation. 2020 is the 11th edition of the Challenge. Our 1,000 alumni form a global network of like-minded young professionals creating impact within their organisations, networks and social environments. Participants join us from leading companies (profit and non-profit), social enterprises, governmental and non-governmental organisations, or while completing their studies.

Format Online with a two-day ‘Grand Finale’ closure event on 21 and 22 June 2021 in the Netherlands

Criteria for participation Participants are required to have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, be between the age of 23 and 33, and fluent in English (verbal and written). Above all, they must demonstrate a clear passion for sustainability, a desire to develop their leadership skills, and are eager to make a positive impact.
