About UN-Habitat and the Laboratory of Architecture and Environmental Design Biskra University Photography Contest

UN-Habitat and the Laboratory of Architecture and Environmental Design (LaCoMoFa) of Biskra University invite young photographers and students from all over the world to submit images documenting their communities’ contributions to improving the quality of life in cities and highlighting the connections between urban and rural areas and the links between cities and their regions.

We invite photographers across the globe to engage creatively with the topic “valuing our communities, cities and regions” and to submit their photographs by March 31st, 2021.

Timeline

• Launch of the call: November 25th, 2020

• Deadline for submission of photos: March 31st, 2021

• Public Voting: April, 2021

• Announcement of winning and selected images for the online exhibition: May, 2021
