General Eligibility: PG admissions are based on those who have completed 12 years of Schooling and 3 years of under graduation, However, U.G students can also apply with their five semester marks, and their Provisional admission will be confirmed only if they successfully complete their UG Degree Programme.

Application form and Prospectus can be had from the Registrar on payment of Rs.300/- (Rs.150/- for SC/ST Candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu on production of attested Xerox Copy of the Community Certificate) by online or sending a Demand Draft obtained from any Nationalized Bank payable at Tiruchirappalli (drawn in favour of “Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli”) on or after the date of advertisement. Name and Address of the applicant and the Programme applied for should be mentioned on the reverse side of the Demand Draft. Those who want to receive applications by post must enclose a self-addressed envelope (size 30cm x 25cm) stamped to the value of Rs.20/-Application form can also be downloaded from the University website www.bdu.ac.in in which case, the cost of application form Rs.300/- (for SC/ST Candidates Rs.150/-) should be paid online or sent by way of DD while submitting the filled-in application form.
