About Biotechnology Eligibility Test-BET 2023

Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, invites application for award of “DBT-Junior Research Fellowship” (DBT-JRF) for pursuing research in frontier areas of Biotechnology and Life Sciences. The candidates will be selected through “Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET)”. Based on the performance in BET, two categories of merit list will be prepared (Category-I and Category-II). Government of India norms for reservation will be followed for selection.

Important Dates

Start Date for Submission of Online Application 10th March 2023

Last Date for Submission of Online Application 31st March 2023 (upto 17:00 PM)

Closing Date for Submission of Online Application Fee 31st March 2023 (upto 11:50 PM)

Correction in the Particulars of Application Form Online only To be announced after the exam through website

Date and Time of Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2023 23rd April 2023 (Sunday): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
