02 Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have passed the 12* class examination of 10+2 system from a recognized Cental or State board or its equivalent with Physics. Chemistry and Mathematics. For admission to B.Pharm, the eligibility Criteria is Physics. Chemistry and Biology in 12* class. However candidates with PCM may also appiy for Pharmacy program Further, the candidate should “have obtained a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Matrrematics/Sioiogy sul class examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics. Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects and possess adequate proficiency in English. However, admissions will be made only on his/her merit position based on the score obtained in BITSAT – 2016.

Only Student who are appearing for 12* class examination in 2016 or who have passed the 12* class examination In 2015 are eligible to appear for BITSAT – 2018. Students who are presently studying in BITS at any of its campuses are not eligible to appear for BITSAT – 2016. 03 How to Apply

Interested candidates should register for BITSAT- 2016 by applying in the prescribed application form at www.bitsadmission.com.

The prescribed fees for BITSAT – 2016 is Rs. 2200/- (f 700/- for female candidates). Options for payment of fees are given at the website. Deadline to register for BITSAT – 2016 by filling the online form alongwith the prsscribed fee is 5.00 PM on 5* March 2016.

Note:(1)* Candidates who appear for BITSAT-2016 may also seek admission to the Dubai campus of BITS Pilani.
