Applications are invited for the appointment of Junior Research Fellow under various projects in Central Pollution Control Board, Delhi and Zonal Offices at Vadodara, and Bangalore, on purely temporary basis initially for the period upto 31.03.2005 likely to be continued for two years but not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for absorption againist any post in CPCB.

1. Junior Research Fellow : 22 Posts ( Likely to change according to requirements) as follows:

Educational Qualification :

a. B.E./B.Tech in any branch of Engineering or Masters degree in Chemistry or Environmental Science or Microbiology or Environmental Chemistry / Bio-Technology or Bio-Chemistry.

b. MCA / Masters Degree in Maths/Statistics with Degree / Diploma in Computer Science with experience of Networking (One Post)

Monthly Stipend

Rs.8,000/- + HRA As per place of posting

Educational Qualification :

c. M.E. / M.Tech in environmental Engineering or Chemical Engg.

Monthly Stipend

Rs.9,500/- + HRA As per place of posting

Note: Proficiency in Computer applications software and those having qualified UGC/CSIR/NET/GATE examination shall be preferred.

(i) Age limit is 28 years reckoned as on closing date of receipt of application ( Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC as per rule )

( ii ) SC/ST candidates called for Written Test / Interview wii be paid TA as per rules on production of Railway Tickets.

( iii ) Leave and Medical re-imbursement shall be admissible as per rules.

Completed applications ( Bio-Data) on plain paper giving full details showing marks obtained starting starting from secondary examination onwards alongwith attested photocopies of certificates and passport size photograph may be sent to Administrative Officer ( Recruitment), Central Pollution Control Board parivesh Bhavan, East Arjun Nagar, Delhi – 110 032 within 30 days from the date of the advertisement.
