CUSAT- CAT ADMISSION NOTIFICATION – 2011

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the various academic programmes of the University for the academic year 2011-12. Admissions are based on Common Admission Test (CAT)/Departmental Admission Test (DAT)/Test for Lateral Entry (LET). Only On-line registration will be considered for all academic programmes of the University except M.Phil, M.Tech., M.A. Translation in German/Russian, Ph.D and Diploma/Certificate programmes. Admission details, Eligibility conditions and other particulars will be available in the detailed Notification and Prospectus published in the website www.cusat.nic.in

CAT/LET 2011-SCHEDULE

Commencement of on-line registration (CAT/LET):15.01.2011

Closing of on-line registration : 04.02.2011

Closing of remittance of application fee (at the bank counter) : 07.02.2011

Last date for receipt of duly completed confirmation page along with the Challan receipt : 10.02.2011

(University copy) and self attested copies of all required certificate as mentioned in the check list Issue / downloading of Admit Card : 15.3.2011-03.4.2011

Commencement of sale of DAT (for M.Phil, M.Tech & Ph.D) application form : 15.01.2011

Closing of sale of DAT form and submission of DAT application to the concerned Department : 10.02.2011

Dates of Examination :

All B.Tech. Programmes, 5 year M.Sc. Photonics, M.A. Hindi, 5 year BBA LL.B.(Hons) and M.A. Applied Economics.: 02-04-2011

All PG programmes (except M.A. Hindi, M.A. Applied Economics) : 03-04-2011

B.Tech. Lateral Entry.: 10-04-2011
