ADMISSION PROGRAM

For Degree Engineering, Degree/Diploma Pharmacy for wards of Jammu & Kashmir Migrants

(Admission Year-2017)

Applications are invited from the wards of J&K migrants as per the provisions of the Government of Gujarat, Education Department Notifications for Engg. No. GH/SH/11/2013/PVS/ 102012/142/S dtd. 30/04/2013 and for Pharmacy No. GH/SH/ 19/2013/PVS/102013/280/Sdtd. 14th May, 2013 for admission to first year Degree Engineering, Degree / Diploma Pharmacy courses after 12th (HSC) Science Stream in Govt./ Grant-in-aid / Self-financed institutes (two seats per institute). Eligibility for admission for Degree Engineering, Degree/ Diploma Pharmacy shall be as per above mentioned Notifications. Students applying under this category for admissions to the first year Degree Engineering, Degree/ Diploma Pharmacy are exempted from GUJCET-2017. Eligible and interested candidates should apply in the prescribed application form available on the website along with self attested copies of relevant documents and a demand draft for Rs. 350/- for Degree Engineering, Degree/Diploma Pharmacy courses in favor of “Admission Committee for Professional Courses” payable at Ahmedabad so as to reach the Committee on or before 24/06/2017 up to 05.30 p.m. Separate application form to be filled for Degree Engineering and Degree/Diploma Pharmacy courses with D.D. of Rs. 350/-per each form. It is mandatory to produce the Migration Certificate issued from the competent authority along with application, which may be noted. Applications received after the time limit shall not be entertained. Merit list of all eligible candidates shall be placed on the website on 01/07/2017. Counseling program will be held on 15/07/2017 from 11.00 a.m. at the office of the Committee. No individual call letter will be issued. Candidates, whose names appeared in the merit list, shall remain present with all original documents & necessary token tution fee (Rs.1500/- for Govt. & Grant-in-aid institutes & Rs. 20,000/- for self-financed institutes) at their own cost. The candidate who remains present without original documents shall not be allowed to take part in the counseling.
