CSIR-NML invites applications from motivated candidates with consistently good academic credentials for admission to the Ph.D programmes in Engineering:

(a) M.Tech in Metallurgical / Mineral /Chemical / Mechanical Engg or Materials Science

(b) M.Sc Students having NET-JRF or NET Lecturership

(c) Fresh B.Tech or equivalent in the area of Metallurgical / Mineral / Chemical /Mechanical Engg or Materials Science having valid GATE score

The major research areas are Mineral Processing, Extractive Metallurgy, Surface Engineering, Applied and Analytical Chemistry, Materials Engineering and Evaluation, Energy & Environment.
