About IIITDM Jabalpur Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Interested candidates are invited for walk-in test/interview for a position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on a DST-SERB funded research project titled “Analytical Modelling and Simulation of III-V nanostructure based Hybrid Solar Cells”. It may be possible for the selected candidate to register for Ph.D. program as per existing Institute rules.

Number of Posts: 1

Duration: 10 months

Stipend: Rs. 25,000 per month consolidated depending upon qualifications.

Essential Qualifications: ME/M.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Nanotechnology/ Material Science/VLSI or any other domain related the Project with GATE Score.

Desirables: Candidates having knowledge on Simulation Tools such as Lumerical, COMSOL Multiphysics and MATLAB will be given preference.

Age Limit: Preferably 30 years for JRF as on the date of Interview.

Date and time of Interview: 23-10-2020 at 11.00 am. The Interview will be conducted in Online Mode (preferably ZOOM). The shortlisted candidates would be notified through email about the ZOOM Meeting Room Details.
