About IIM Kashipur Fellow Programme in Management (FPM)

IIM Kashipur’s Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a full time residential doctoral programme designed to address the academic and research needs of professionals. The main objective of the programme is to provide scholars with necessary skills to identify and research complex issues in the field of management. FPM seeks candidates with outstanding academic backgrounds, intellectual curiosity and discipline needed to make scholarly contribution. The programme is committed to train individuals to excel in their area of research through publication of quality work of international standard.

The objectives of the programme are:

1. To encourage scholars to carry out research in the field of management, leading to publication in internationally reputed research journals and finding solutions of real world management problems.

2. To equip scholars with necessary understanding and skills to identify and research on complex issues in the field of management.

3. To develop expertise among prospective scholars for careers in management research and teaching and thereby to address the shortage of high quality management faculty in the country.

How to apply online application

1. Applicants are required to apply through On-line mode only.

2. Use Mozilla Firefox , Google Chrome or Opera browser for the applying online. Last Date for submitting online application on website is 18th Feb 2019, 17:59 hours.

3. On successful submission of form, applicants are advised to send the printed copy of filled application form along with necessary documents (Copy of marksheet of qualifying degree,qualifying score card , demand draft/RTGS transaction slip)to the Admission Office, IIM Kashipur, Kundeswari, Kashipur, Udham Singh Nagar , Uttarakhand -244713 through Speed/Registered Post only on or before 22nd February 2019.

4. Avoid using single/double quote and commas in the form.

5. Complete and accurate response to the items is, extremely important. Any mistake committed by the candidate shall be his/her sole responsibility.

6. Incomplete or false information will make your candidature null and void

7. Applicants should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph as per the guidelines. They should note that only jpg format is acceptable, size of photograph should not be greater than 50 Kb, dimension of image : width = 75 px and height = 75 px.

8. After form submission, applicants will get an e-mail for the confirmation of their form submission.

9. Form once submitted can not be edited, so apply carefully.

12. Before applying you need to submit the application fees via NEFT/Online transfer. Candidate need to enter the transaction details in the form.
