About Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science RA-I in the School of Chemical Sciences

Walk-in Interview will be held at the School of Chemical Sciences, Room Number 30, Main Building, IACS on July 12, 2022 at 11.30 AM for the recruitment of one Research Associate-I. Interested candidates with the following qualifications are required to appear along with a full bio-data.

Essential Qualifications: A candidate should have a first class or a high second class B.Sc. & M.Sc. degree in Chemistry with minimum average marks of 55% and has obtained Ph.D. The candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in chemistry and research experience supported by publications in peer-reviewed journals in the field of inorganic and supramolecular chemistry. Preference will be given to candidates with research experience in molecular recognition and knowledge on DFT.

Research Area: Inorganic/Supramolecular Chemistry

Age limit: 34 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rule.

Emoluments: As per rules of the Association.

Tenure of Fellowship: 1 year from the date of joining as RA-I and extendable up to 2 years.

The post is purely temporary. No TA will be admissible for attending the interview.
