About Kalaari Fellowship

The Fellowship is a selective two-year, paid, immersive, apprenticeship-style program offering intensive, hands-on learning in the venture capital industry.

We created this program to open doors to an industry that rarely opens them – and to develop the next generation of investment leaders.

The program combines rigorous training with real-world application. Fellows develop strong analytical and writing capabilities, contributing to Kalaari’s research reports and content initiatives that shape industry perspectives.

The program’s architecture is deliberate: year one establishes analytical rigour through systematic training; year two places you at the center of deal-making and founder relationships.

Four batches of Fellows have successfully completed this program so far, with each cohort having approximately 10 to 15 Fellows each.
