A year-long residential experience that brings together diverse ideas, people, and perspectives. Over eight terms, Fellows learn to think deeply, connect across disciplines and issues, and develop the skills needed to thrive in the 21st Century: empathy, agility, inclusive leadership, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration.
