About Wildlife Institute of India Dehradun Project Fellow

Mangrove Foundation has entrusted WII to conduct spatial mapping of critical marine habitats of Malvan Marine Sanctuary and to provide management recommendations for reorganisation of its boundary. In this regard, it is requested that approval for recruiting two Project Fellows purely on temporary basis, through an online interview may kindly be granted. The EQ, DQ and other details of the positions are as provided below:

Position : Project Fellow

Number : Two (2 position)

Duration : 9 months

Work Description : Conducting field research, workshops, execution, analysis & synthesis of results; report and manuscript writing

Essential Qualification :

* First class in M. Sc (Marine Science/ Marine Biology/ Zoology/
* Forestry/Geoinformatics/ Wildlife Science/ Environmental Science +
* SCUBA diving Open Water certification

Desirable Qualification : Prior research experience in marine conservation; knowledge of Marathi

Monthly emoluments : Rs. 31,000 + HRA

Age Limit : 35 years (as of the last date of application)
